Location

This position is in Parker, CO at 17002 E. Mainstreet in the charming and safe family town of Parker, CO. We’re just a short drive from Denver. We are open 5 days a week and closed on the weekend with no on-call or emergency hours.

Practice Overview

We are a small, family owned practice. Our focus is on providing exceptional, high quality care to clients and their four-legged family members (and occasional three-legged ones). We are continuing to grow and improve our services and want you to help us get there! We are looking for someone whose engaging personality represents what we are all about. We don’t have the biggest flashy practice. What we do have is enthusiasm, kindness and a genuine desire to be of service to others! Are you up for the challenge?

What You’ll Be Working On

· Client education

· Lab work and radiographs

· Anesthesia and surgery

· Triage and reviewing some lab results with owners

Qualifications

· Certified Veterinary Technician license in good standing

· > 2-years’ experience in a small animal practice

· Physical Requirements: able to life 40 pounds and be on your feet most of the day

· Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative

· Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time

· Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity

· Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

· Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Veterinary Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Veterinary Technician Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Veterinary Technician Certification (Preferred)
