Seeking a Veterinary Technician to Join Our Team – We See it All – Small, Large & Exotic

Are you ready to truly enjoy your career? Do you love diversity? Would you like to work with a great support staff of technicians and doctors? Would you enjoy getting some fresh air and sunshine while you’re treating all animals, great and small? Do you want to work for a practice that values both you and your physical and mental well-being? Then Living Springs Veterinary Care is the practice for you!

Serving the I-70 Corridor since 2001, Living Springs is a mixed animal private practice that resides just east of Denver in the growing bedroom community of Bennett, Colorado. We are a non-corporate, privately owned, mixed animal, general practice veterinary hospital. We are looking for a veterinary technician that is ready to experience a life changing career. We offer diversity in our practice, and we appreciate diversity in our team members. Our practice values both physical and mental well-being in our team; here, work-life balance isn’t just a goal, it’s a reality.

We offer excellent, top quality, integrative animal health care in a new facility with updated equipment and unparalleled mentoring. We are looking for an individual that:

· Can effectively communicate with clients and staff.

· Have the willingness to learn and adapt.

· Act as a liaison between the staff and our clients to ensure coordinated patient care and communication experience before, during, and after all appointments and procedures.

· Must be comfortable working under indirect supervision to perform basic technician appointments for routine preventative care services, as well as provide triage services to emergency cases as needed.

We treat all animals, large, small, and exotic. Both in-house and ambulatory, medical and surgical, with competent and well-trained staff. We offer doggie daycare, indoor/outdoor dog boarding, cat boarding, and a full-service grooming salon. We've even been seen on the Animal Planet Network! On a typical day our patients can consist of dogs, cats, horses, and livestock - all the way to donkeys, llamas, pocket pets, reptiles, and even wallabies.

Due to the variety of patients seen at our clinic, interested candidates can have both large and/or small animal interest and experience. We are excited to invest in our team members; we will provide you training if you need it across species. Candidates must have experience in the veterinary field, but licensing is not a requirement.

We have a beautiful new, state of the art facility! Our main building was built in 2020, it is fully equipped with new equipment, ICU cages, dog and cat hospitalization, and separate isolation area. Our full line of in-house Zoetis diagnostic equipment allows us to run blood work, digital fecal analyses, digital urine sediment analyses, and cytology (cytology results within 2 hours, 24 hours/7 days a week). Our sister building provides indoor treatment and hospitalization of equines and other small livestock species. Our clinic has many amenities such as digital radiography (small animal, portable large animal and dental), ultrasound, laser therapy, as well as three fully stocked veterinary trucks for farm calls. A full service medical and surgical practice, we also include an integrative health care model in our daily procedures, offering chiropractic care, medical massage, and laser therapy to all patients.

Our mission at Living Springs Veterinary Care is to provide top quality, integrative and compassionate animal health care, while fostering teamwork and growth in our company, along with serving and educating our community. We are open from 7:30 AM until 7:30 PM, Monday thru Saturday. Our flexible scheduling allows for plenty of time to enjoy your friends and family as well as our beautiful Colorado activities.
