The equine unit is an integral part of the Colorado State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital which provides 24 hour emergency/intensive care to critically ill or injured equines at a tertiary level teaching hospital; simultaneously provide clinical instruction to professional veterinary medical students, interns, residents, veterinary technicians, graduate veterinarians and others with an emphasis on practical applications of internal medicine, anesthesia, emergency procedures, emergency surgery, endoscopy, intensive care management and neonatal critical care management.

The Equine Medical Operations Manager is an integral part of elevating equine clinical care to the highest level of recruitment and supervision of highly skilled, caring equine technicians. The Medical Operations Manager also has a key role in maintaining excellent client relationships and building on the quality of equine care that CSU is known for by working closely with the Equine Medical Director to achieve these goals in a fiscally responsible manner.
A signing bonus and/or moving expenses may be considered for successful candidates.
$67,000 - $77,000 (salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications)
