The Colorado State University Orthopedic Surgical Service (OSS) uses state-of-the-art orthopedic techniques and technology, to surgically treat injury and disease of the musculoskeletal system. Our team aims to enhance the quality of life for pets and their owners by easing pain, restoring function, stability, and improving range of motion. Challenge yourself and join the team at the James L. Voss Veterinary Teaching Hospital in beautiful Fort Collins Colorado to provide high quality, innovative and state of the art surgical care. We support our veterinary technicians to be an integral part of the surgical team as well as providing exceptional patient care and customer service. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn is a must. We are dedicated to providing training to be able provide a gold standard care. OSS manages complex orthopedic surgical cases such as fractures, joint replacements, and angular limb deformities in addition to routine orthopedic surgeries such as TPLO, CCWO, MPL, FNHE, and arthroscopy.
