Veterinary Assistant

Veterinary Assistant: Applicant will have previous experience in a veterinary hospital providing support for technicians and veterinarians. Knowledge of surgical instrument cleaning and sterilization, hospital cleanliness, proper restraint, animal husbandry and a basic understanding of hospital processes.

Knowledge of basic vaccine protocols and the ability to complete / record a TPR a must. Experience with client communication in veterinary setting and information entry into practice software a plus.
