Veterinary Nurse/Technician

Currently seeking experienced Veterinary Technicians with a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work well with our talented team.

We are a privately owned, small animal veterinary practice in Greenwood Village. We are passionate about the health and wellbeing of our patients and their families, and recognize the important role we play in our community.

We are a busy, fast-growing clinic with a great clientele. Our practice owner encourages our technicians to fully utilize their skillsets and advance their careers. We recognize that in order to be here for our clients and patients, we need to ensure staff engagement is a top priority!

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who enjoys working with clients and their animal companions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent people skills
• Animal handling and animal healthcare knowledge
• Previous experience as a technician in a veterinary GP clinic

This position will divide your time between obtaining patient histories, performing physical exams and surgical procedures with doctors, laboratory work, inputting data into medical records, dispensing medications and performing treatments with assistants.

Requirements:

• Veterinary experience: 1 year+
• Technician experience: 1 year+ preferred (will consider new grads)
• High School Degree
• Active Veterinary Technician Certification/Registration.
